[Resolved] Flipkart — mental harassment | |
Flipkart has delivered the product and when i asked for the exchange n return, they have not accepted it due to their stupid policy, that cooler is giving so much problem and i have given multiple complaints to them and they are just wasting the summer time and harassing us in such hot summer by not taking back the junk box and wasting time on emails and not sending anyone for repair. I am tired by the mental harassment by their attitude and by the product, i need your support to teach them a lesson as they have forgotten to take care of their customers. Wrong online purchase has veen done today I.e on[protected] by my card number[protected], vide otp number 264065 this is the fake transaction. So kindly cancel the said online purchase transaction and kindly refund the same amount if Rs. 8999/- as early as possible.
