Flipkart — mentally harassment

I have ordered a sleepx mattress (A product of sleepwell) through flipkart on 1 october 2019.
Order id - od[protected]
Order date - 1/october/2019
Scheduled delivery date - 15/october/2019

The product has not been delivered till now (November 6) and neither they are cancelling product.
The customer service employee says that they cant help me and it may take few months for delivery and i cant cancel the product also.
They have kept my money and now they do not wnat to give it back.

I have called there customer care service for atleast 15 times and they are keep telling me to wait fr 24 to 48 our since last month, there is no help provided to me through customer care and whenever i call them, i register a complaint and whenever i call them next time they tell me that there is no previous complaint regarding the product
