[Resolved] Flipkart — micromax | |||
Dear sir/madam This is regarding micromax canvas 6 (Champagne, 32 gb) ordered from flipkart on 06 june 18 with order no. Od[protected]. We received the order on 07 june 18, and mobile was over heating from very first day of its receiving. Then we raised our query to your website, also complained against fake visit done by the technical person. Then, we continuously followed you regarding over heating of the phone and till 15 june 18, your customer care executive told us to wait for 24-48 hrs each and every time, and then your executive told us to visit micromax canvas service centre. Micromax service care person told us that they can only repair that phone and can not replace that. Who wants to repair a brand new phone??? And now after this whole process, we shared the whole story with your executive today and he replied that it is out of the policy now. So, we have complaint against you in consumer forum with complain id - 784268, and we want either replacement of refund. Regards Ajeet Was this information helpful? | |||

Now i have a strong feeling that seller has only defective mobile of this brand.
continuously chasing flipkart with this issue and only getting fake updates from their so called trusted technicians.
now flipkart is sending same technician 4th time against whom we already raised our complain for preparing fake reports.
Not getting any solution - more than one month has been passed.
