I ordered a Micromax Canvas Laptab II (Wifi+3G) [Order no. OD[protected]] from flipkart. It was delivered on Oct 13, 2016.I have requested a return because I didn't like the product due to its slow software configuration and touch screen was also not recognizing sometimes.Flipkart escalated this issue to the seller instead of solving it. Now that seller guy is saying there should be some hardware problem then only we will take return. Nobody can know while online shopping that how this product is going to work and now I don't like the working of this laptab so they are saying if software issue is there, we will not take return.How you can reject my return request because of this lame reason.Beacause I paid online that's why you will trouble us. I can't expect a simple solution from them. They don't want to return my money that's why they are saying that even though software is not working we won't take it return back. Worst experience of online shopping.After this incident I can never trust these online shopping sites specially flipkart. I know they want that 10 day replacement guarantee should get over then after that I can't claim anything. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I have ordered Footshez Women White Heels(order id : OD[protected]. The very next when it was delievered i created a return because the quality of product was not good.Return was approved but the Ekart courier service which may be having ties with flipkart daily texting me that they will pick up the product but it's been 10 days and I complained twice on flipkart site but nobody called me and nobody came to take that product back as well as they are not giving my money back. I don't know why flipkart is losing all their customers.If they can't provide proper customer satisfaction then they should shut down this pathetic company.Or you can directly steal our money.Why trying for alternatives. If you don't want to give my money just tell me directly.I want my refund asap.That's my biggest mistake this time that I trusted flipkart.You people troubled me a lot.

Micromax laptab case is not resolved. You just called 2-3 times and repeating the same thing . No customer assistance.
