[Resolved] Flipkart — Mis Selling of laptop | |||||
I bought a Micromax Ignite laptop from Flipkart. Flipkart is the exclusive seller of this product. When i bought the product, it was mentioned of flipkart that the laptop comes with 1 year ONSITE warranty. Now within 2 months the laptop developed issue with keyboard. Now when i contacted Micromax service centre they r denying onsite support. Flipkart is not helping to solve the issue. They washed their handsoff after misselling the product by promising onsite warranty Was this information helpful? | |||||
