[Resolved]  Flipkart — Misbehaviour of delivery boy/courier executive

Dear Sir/Mam,

I booked a Redmi Note 4 (Gold 32 GB) on 11/04/2017. A courier Executive approached me on 14/04/17, I was not at the home. My wife went to him to receive the mobile but he misbehaved with my wife. She asked for the courier to check the mobile before paying through debit card. He did not allowed her to do that. He was in too much of hurry. He continuously pressurised her for payment. Even he did not give the courier to check whether it belonged to us or not, or was that the same good that we booked. He said he would give us the courier only after payment even to see the basic common things mentioned above regarding the goods booked. It is clear cut violation of the customer right by the courier company or executive. I am a valued customer of the flippcart. I have booked a lot of goods including mobile phones through flipcart. I wished to buy that mobile. Still I wish to buy that mobile phone but because of the misbehaviour and blunt violation of my customer rights by the courier executive, I could not buy that mobile. I request you to solve this matter and take strict displinary action against the errant person and inform me of the same through mail.
