[Resolved]  Flipkart — Mislead False information sale & rejected to issue refund

I have purchased Lenovo A7000 on 24 June, 2015 and received on Sun, 28th Jun. They specified internal memory as 8GB but when I received the product it was on 4 GB available because of OS & pre-installed apps. So as a buyer I am dissatisfied with the product and contacted Customer Support very next two days for refund. First I spoke with a Customer Care Representative & she said will not issue me refund even though not satisfied with the product, then I requested to escalate the call to Team Leader but she refused and when I demanded for coz I conned by the false sale then she transferred call after 25 minutes of call. Here I spoke with Team Leader Sheena and she said they Damn care about the customers as whether they satisfied or not after purchasing, she also refused to issue me refund. Then I requested to transfer the call to Manager.. after 35 minutes of call.. she transferred. Here I spoke with Flipkart Customer Care Manager Devi, she was soo rude on call and says no one from Flipkart, Care their customers after purchase, even if they misleaded and not satisfied. I told her, I will file a complaint on Consumer Court and Grievance Cell but still she says damn care.. I endeded up call with utter grief.. I have been cheated and misleaded by false sale..
