[Resolved]  Flipkart — missing merchandise in order / no refund

I had placed an online order for gold coins on Flipkart.com on November 17, 2017 (Flipkart Order id - OD[protected] for my personal use. The seller of the said product was Bluestone Jewellery and LifeStyle Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai.

Said order was delivered on November 27, 2017 with no tampering on external package - as a regular Flipkart customer for many years with good experience till date, we accepted the package without opening in front of delivery guy - however upon opening the order later, I was shocked to find that there were no coins inside the package. Immediately raised a complaint with Flipkart on Nov 27, 2017.

Till date, 10+ days have lapsed and Flipkart has not provided any resolution. Their customer service is worst with no care for the customer. In my email exchange with them copied to their senior management, the customer service team copy pasted their same revert 4 times without even bothering to read what I have mentioned. Pathetic customer service. Most of the guys at their call centre - they can hardly communicate let alone understand and resolve their problem. Amazon is light years ahead in terms of customer service.

Still struggling to get refund with Flipkart.
