[Resolved] Flipkart — Missing product and harassing customers by not initiating return | |
My order ID is OD[protected]. I had placed an order for two lamps but only one was sent. I raised a request for return several times but the pathetic Flipkart customer service kept refusing my return request stating that the product was delivered. Yes, one lamp was sent but not the other lamp. Two lamps were supposed to be sent but only one lamp was sent. Now they are harassing customers by refusing return request. I have the box with me which was delivered and that can accommodate only 1 lamp and not 2 lamp. Still Flipkart is not initiating return of my product. Was this information helpful? | |
Aug 24, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally after emailing and calling Flipkart over a period of two weeks, Flipkart agreed to refund the amount for delivering only a partial and defective product. ***Sighs*** Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Aug 20, 2020 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
