[Resolved] Flipkart — Missing product but not received refund | |||
Hello my name is Sushant kulkarni. on 20/8/2021, I purchased a Logitech mk235 wireless mouse and keyboard combo so after it was delivered to me, on 23/08/2021 I get a damaged Logitech box which was damaged and was stick together by cello tape but inside the box, there was "only keyboard and no mouse no nano receiver and no book manual" so these were the products which were missing from the box I also tell the delivery but as I had paid already they told me that I have to complain to customer care not to them so I complain to Flipkart but they just give some dates and ask me for my Aadhar card I provided them my Aadhar card but after that also the seller rejected my refund I don't know why and now they are doing nothing about this. so I had a very bad experience with Flipkart now I just want my refund. thank you.
