[Resolved] Flipkart — missing product in my parcel | |||
I have ordered for five bagsy malone women casual bags on 9th march 2019 bearing order id: od[protected] and was delivered on 11th march. I received oly 3 bags and got notification as if five bags were delivered. I raised a complaint (Reference number is in[protected] and after tat i was informed that i will get refund for 2 bags form flipkart and refund for one bag of rs.271 (Reference no: qur[protected]) on march 25 was received. Still i don't get refund for another one bag of rs.271 after numerous complaints. I was informed from flipkart that refund was approved for 2 bags but was not updated because of software glitch and still not rectified. My flipkart account name: arif Email id: mohamed.
