[Resolved] Flipkart — Missing product order no. Od[protected] | |||||
I am a defence person. I ordered for two redmi note4 32gb vide order no. Od[protected] But received only one. The issue was raised on 02 apr 17 about the missing Product. I was given timing for solution through email by 03 apr then 04 Apr, 05 apr 17 and lastly for 07 days (Upto 09 apr 17). After 09 apr, i am calling flipcart daily, every time executives Telling me to wait for 24 hrs. From last 04 days, i am spending my 30-50 Minutes daily on false promises. Being a punctual person in life, Executives false promises making me unhappy. Sir, i waited as per their timings but all in vain due to which i have not Received my item till date. Now, i request your august office to process My second product or refund my amount on priority bases as you are the only One who can help me. So you are my last hope, Please give direction for shipment of product or refund of my amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
