Flipkart — Missing Product with block account

I had placed order for Kent electric blender of 1240 INR and got missing Product in parcel so raised complaint same day on 30 Nov

Executive took bank details and assured for refund within 2-3 working days but I Did not get so again I contacted them they raised complaint with department I got mail refund cancelled.

More than 6 times complaint raised by Flipkart and took long time now after 25 days they blocked my account and said we have detected unsual activities you cannot login.

Is this your way of work if you are unable to help so directly said on first meet why you took 25 days

I want my Product or Refund or Replacement along with my account reactivation because I'm Plus membe of Flipkart
