[Resolved]  Flipkart — missing specifications or wrong promise.

I'm purchased laptop with flipkart. When product is delivered then checked the specifications as per listed on flipkart official website or not. So i noticed that specifications is not as per listed.

So i created refund request online on 1st march, 2019 then it is rejected so i created second time but it also rejected then create third request again rejected. It again and again rejected total five time rejected. On 10th march, 2019 last day of return policy request is rejected so my account is deactivated. Because of "high number of return request".
This reason is invalid because if return request is rejected then obviously another request created by me.
Last three request is created by flipkart customer care executive and it also rejected.
Product delivered wrong then definitely we request for refund or replacement then available option of refund.
Seller delivered wrong product and flipkart executive told me to delivered product is right then i record a video with serial number of laptop as per invoice.
If delivered product is different then why we accept it product and why loos money.

NOT SOLVED When my first 5 request rejected then Flipkart not tack it seriously. And also deactivated my account. When my first 5 request rejected then reason is " seller can't fulfill your detail" but every required information i already given to the Flipkart. But not able to fulfill detail then Flipkart don't work properly. Seller can't fulfill details but which type of information not fulfill by seller. So my request to Flipkart reactive my account and give me the refund. Here, seller also know that they deliver the wrong product. The proof is call recording also send to the Flipkart.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

When i directly contacted to the seller (Sigma Computer, surat) then i ask them to why you not accept my refund. And also asked to you delivered wrong promise product means missing specifications then whos mistake is this? Then seller told me to its not my problems because of listing of specification is created by Flipkart. Then i contact to seller hub in Flipkart and they told me listing is creating by seller when you product add.
It's means fraud is seller and they said wrong. I have call recording also.

Customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.

Total 5 time refund request is raised by me but every time Flipkart rejected my request. So 2 time request created by me and last 3 time created by Flipkart executive. It's not proper reason for my problem. My problem about refund but you also deactivated my account without notifying me and than close my refund process. If you are reject my request than definitely next try for refund request as per guidelines. And Flipkart executive not informed me that if many request raised then account is deactivated. And it's my first time shopping with Flipkart so not valid Reason from you.

Also tha seller not provide you right information. And seller is know that not delivered right product already sent the call recording to Flipkart email. If wrong product delivered than why customer not raise tha complaint? Why Flipkart not strictly act on seller? Why not back the refund of customer

What is the advantage of shopping from Flipkart if Flipkart can not help a customer? Sometimes it should also be seen that there is a mistake of Seler and the customer is correct. If you were to accept the refund request at first time, then the account could not be taken off and no many time attempt the refund request.
So customer help is needed. It is not always necessary to follow the protocol but also to cooperate with the truth.

Flipkart told me that "We'd like to let you know that your recent request for a replacement/refund has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account." It's ok. But When my account was doing properly work, Flipkart did not refund money. But where was Flipkart, when I did 5 request, it also did as Flipkart executive did say. Always you reject my request and then told that you attempt high number of refund request it's not my problem.

(NOTE:- Between tha 1 to 5 request Flipkart approve my refund than i didn't create another request and not attempt high number of request. So it not possible to deactivate my account and not raise complaint.)

Never complete the promise by Flipkart. Many time gave the date to contact Flipkart team but no email or call. When I'm call to Flipkart thay gave me the new date to wait till 2 days. I'm also call today to Flipkart executive and they told me to placed the call on hold to check the details but after about 2 hours call cut by executive.

From Flipkart latest update is right but im asking them why first 5 time request rejected by them and not approve the refund. So if you approved refund on first 5 request then not see that issue of block account. And also that you know that fraud with me by seller then i want refund by seller that informed to seller by Flipkart. Because i gave you full money and you delivered less featured product. So it's your problem to what can you do next. Fraud with me than Who will repay my loss?

Flipkart don't help me. So my decision is that i accept this product. Accept this product if and only if seller gave me the 7 to 8 thousand rupees. This money for my SSS and graphics card.

My 3 months experience is not proper answer given by the Flipkart. So my final decision is give me the refund of less features. Here, 256GB SSD and 2GB graphics card is missing so give me the only missing or lees featured money. Provide only 7-8 thousands. Refund is not possible that ok but only the less features money is possible. Also Flipkart is not know about what is return policy.

Flipkart don't resolved my problems. And delivered product is different that why I'm accept that product. You also know that delivered product is different then this is seller's problem. But Flipkart not understand that the customer is loss there Money but no help by Flipkart. I already submitted proofs of different products but not understand Flipkart.
