I have purchased red mi 6a mobile but that mobile is dead and immediately return that mobile and that return process accept but any one not came to pick up my mobile but daily i have received pick up messages but nobady not pick up the phone so kindly accept my request and immediately to take return and give refund my money otherwise i will be take action against you r company... Already ten days completed but return request cancelled to your company today again i'm apply return request... It's very irritating and very dispointed. Immediately return my money. However, the seller has initiated a return request for a refund of your Redmi 6A (Blue, 32 GB). We are happy to let you know that the courier service provider has confirmed the pickup from your address by 10 Jan 20. Once the product is picked up and reaches the warehouse then the seller will process for a refund. This refund will reflect within 8 business days as per standard banking procedures.
