We have purchased mobile through flifkart app from my mobile no [protected] and choose the exchange offer samsung galaxy grand duos and then they asked for imei no and excepted . when they came for delivery ekart boy telling that we will not take thethis mobile because on our pickup slip only samsun galaxy grand is there so we ill not exxcept the duos and return back after that i spoke to customer care explaind the detail and he said and also send the sms by 5th of march 15 before 2 pm your problem will be short out but after that i unable get customer care no when i dial asking for mobile no they give thanks and refering for go through app . again tried through app made complaint again received sms again asking 24 hrs please tell hat to do my id no OD[protected] MOTO X PLAY WITH TURBO CHARGER PAYMENT MADE THROUGH CREDIT CARD Was this information helpful? | |||||
