Flipkart — Mobile delivery delayed by 5 days & still awaiting.. | |||||
I have ordered a Lenovo K3 Note against Order ID No. OD[protected]. Expected date of delivery was 5th Nov.2015 at my Chakala office address. I have been checking with flipkart customer care executives & online status till today i.e.[protected] but only receiving messages & mail informing "WE ARE CONTINUING TO LOOK INTO YOUR ISSUE AND WE REASSURE YOU THAT WE WILL RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM BY XYZ DATE @ __ AM" The above message changes with new date & time They also state that, "You will be receiving a call starting with +9180679" which never comes. As I have order cash on delivery I was carrying the amount of Rs.10, 000/- in my valet since last 5 days. Today I lost my valet in train leading to loss of 10, 000. Flipkart is responsible for this loss as I was not aware of it's worst service. Would request all never ever purchase anything through filpkart. Was this information helpful? | |||||
