Dear sirs,
I made following online purchases from you yesterday & today under flipkart's big billion days scheme, from 02 to 06 october 2016:

(a) od[protected]: (mobile lyf water 8 - black)
You had not given the extra 10 % discount for sbi debit card payment as advertised (?) or any discount coupons! m amount debited from my debit card is rs 8577/-

Your ad says:
Under big billion days 2016 – upto 80% off + extra 10% off on mobiles, electronics, fashion & everything else :od[protected] with promotional offer of 10% extra sbi debit card which was not given in (a) & (b) orders.

(b) od[protected]: (rs 387)

(c) od[protected]: (rs 209)

(d) od[protected]rs 339)
(e) od[protected]: (rs 25271)

Your ad says: appliances sale – upto rs.5000 off + exchange offer + extra 10% off on large & small appliances:

Total cost of (b), (c) & (d) is rs 26206/= (debited from my sbi debit card).

For all the above orders under (a), (b), (c), (d) & (e) the order value paid by my sbi debit card the 10% discount was not given!

Please verify and reply to this email on the reasons for disallowing the extra 10% discount or not giving necessary coupons!
You are requested to reply to allow the discounts as advertised please.
