[Resolved] Flipkart — Mobile not delivered | |||||
The delivery agent did not come to place, he just called me but i was unable to answer the call. So he returned without delivering the order. Duty of delivery agents is to check at the doorstep of the consumer, but that did not happen. Very worst service. Amazon is far better. Now i am fed up this flipkart service. I was at home waiting for the product to be delivered. I called up ekart service and they do not give a proper reply. I have paid for the product by internet transaction, i demand a proper explanation. Flipkart customer service is imbecile. Was this information helpful? | |||||
