[Resolved] Flipkart — mobile not working order id: od[protected] | |||||
Taken red mi note 4 on 26/9/2017, it is not working from past 2 weeks complained telling need to change mother board etc due to liquid damage. Checked with redmi sevice center telling as liquid damage from charger point. I have never misused or done with liquid damage. Both flipkart and redmi are not supporting. Just for 15 days i have to pay 9500 rs twice. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Nov 14, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about the defective product. We had interacted with the customer and informed liquid damaged is not covered under warranty . Hence closing the complaint from our end.
