[Resolved] Flipkart — mobile phone does not work properly | |||
Hi, I ordered xiaomi redmi note & I got it on 16th feb, my order ID is OD[protected]. I got problems in making calls, calls cut automatically, echoes of voice etc. I request you to replace my phone immediately as making calls is the basic work of any phone. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Mar 17, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he claims that while speaking in the phone voice is getting echo an voice is also breaking and he looking for replacement and he have this problem from the staring and he have done phone reset so many times but issue is not resolved. Informed customer will arrange for replacement and issue is resolved. Hence closing the case.
