Dear sir, I have purchased a mobile, i kall k24 (Order id: od[protected], order date: 31 july 2017) which was delivered to me on date: 03 aug 2017. But unfortunately the mobile is unable to start after charging and hasn't show any other signal. Therefore sir, kindly replace the mobile as soon as possible to fulfill my purpose of purchasing. Verified Support Aug 17, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Called the customer on 90*****49 . He said that the charger point screw was loose and he has fixed it from outside and now he is happy. Hence, closing the case
