I Ordered A Micromax Canvas Knight Cameo A290 On Sat, 23rd May'15 And I Configured Two Issues. The First Being That The Phone's Back Button Light Was Not Lighting Up. I Tried A Lot To Fix It And Even Tried To Reboot The Device But But The Problem Still Exists. The Second Is That The Mobile Phone Is Not Charging Until Some Pressure Is Applied To The Charger Or The Mobile Phone Is Kept Tilted. I'll Be Highly Obliged I[censored]'ll Look Into The Matter. Verified Support Jul 06, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with the customer as he is saying that the phone is not getting charged so informed to customer that as per the seller policy post 10 days we would not be able to do anything we kindly request you to visit to the service centre to get the issue resolved.
