[Resolved] Flipkart — Mobile Phone Order Cancellation Without Information | |||
Sir/Mam I Vikas Kumar Sharma Ordered Redmi 2 From FlipKart On 31/03/2015 And Order Id Is OD[protected]. After That I Got The Confirmation Message From FlipKart That Your Order Is placed And Will Be Deliver On 04/04/2015. But Next Day They Updated the Delivery Date to 06/04/2015. And on 20/04/2015 I Got The Confirmation Message that Your Order Will Be Deliver today Before 7PM, But i Didn't Get My Product. And on 04/04/2015 they informed Me that your order is Cancelled And Gave Me reason that you Cancelled The Order But i didn't Cancel. And When i call them they said to me that now product is returned and not possible to deliver again, i am so sad, So please take an necessary Action as soon as possible. Order images Are attached . Verified Support Apr 08, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and informed him the reason why his order was marked " courier return " and apologized for the inconvenience and asked him to place a fresh order with a different address. Customer agreed. So closing the case.
