I bought a new mobile from flipkart before 2 days.but that mobile have a screen problem so that i want to return my product.but delivery executive was not update the delivery status so the return option was not enabled in flipkart site.i contact a customer care also...there is no proper response. Now what can i do already i paid full amount.i need a refund or else replacement. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
