[Resolved]  Flipkart — Mobile phone wrong information provide and now deny for refund

I have purchased a MOTO G8 power lite Mobile phone from flipkart on Dated 2 july 2020. First i got delivery of phone on 5th july 2020. After the use of it i came to know that it has support only LTE network whereas it should be support VoLTE according to the flipkart description provide it on official website so called to the customer care then they assign a technical person to pay a visit at my home to check my handset he came and found i was right flipkart agreed to replace with the promise that i won't get this problem again in connection i got second replaced product on dt 8th july 2020 and had the same problem again. Again they sent same technical person this time he ask his senior about the problem and he said that VoLTE and LTE both are the same thing and if jio 4g sim is supported so its mean this phone is VoLTE and no need to replace and flipkart has cancel my replacement.
Now as the false information has provided by the flipkart about the product and i have receive same product with same issue twice so i want to return and ask for refund my money but they are not ready to refund neither replacing

Hi, We are sorry for the trouble caused. However, the seller has initiated a return request for a refund of your Motorola G8 Power Lite (Royal Blue, 64 GB). We are happy to let you know that the courier service provider has scheduled the pickup from your address by 13 Jul 20. Once the product is picked up and reaches the warehouse then the seller will process for a refund. This refund will reflect within 2 business days as per standard banking procedures.
