[Resolved] Flipkart — Mobile Product Issues | |||
Hi Team, Hi Team, I have purchased a Motorola G 2nd Gen worth 12999 from Flipkart on Apr 1st 2015, where I am facing a lot of software and hardware issues from the 10 th day of my purchase and I registered a complaint in flipkart for the same on 12th Apr 2015, and I got a message from flipkart stating that the mobile will get replaced under Hand to Hand exchange policy on 13th Apr 2015, but the same was regretted saying some troubleshoot need to be done on the phone and that was continued till today after a lot of calls but there is no resolution given by the flipkart team. Atlast I have received a mail stating that the complaint got resolved and they are asking for a feedback for the worst experience I have faced with them.
