[Resolved] Flipkart — Mobile purchase quality not upto the mark | |||
Dear Sir, My name is Deeptanshu Pareek. First time I have done online shoping through flipkart. I purchase Micromax Canvass Express 2 mobile, I was very happy with the services delivered by Flipkart and make a mind to do lots of shoping through flipkart this festive season. But the quality which is delivered is not upto the mark. The battery back up of the mobile is worst. I need to charge the mobile in every 3-4 hours, Is this kind of product expected from Flipkart? I also registered my complaint through customer care number but the solution suggested by the flipkart operator is not upto the mark. Verified Support Sep 23, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with the customer and informed him to visit to the service centre as our technical team has already conformed that there is no issue in a phone so informed to customer to visit to the service centre.
