[Resolved] Flipkart — Mobile Replacement | |||
I bought a lenovo K3 note mobile from flipkart 1 week back and due to heavy heating and large time to charge a battery I requested for replacement for 3 times they are simply neglecting me and asked me to visit service center I have done that too they said me normal temperature is 37-38 °C at max and battery should take around 2 and half hour to 3 to charge but mine is 41 °C at normal use and 3 and half to 4 hours to charge and those flipkart people are still neglecting me and not replacing as others don't have this issue.Please help me I am unable to talk to anyone at this temperature.
