[Resolved] Flipkart — money debited twice but order not confirmed and also not refunded | |||
On 10 october 2018 i tried to order samsung galaxy on8. After i choosed the emi plan and everything i proceeded to the payment gateway. After entering the otp for the final transaction a message occurred that order not confirmed and we will update you once it gets confirmed and on the other hand message came from the bank that 15089 had been debited from the account. So i tried to do the process again and again it shows the same message and this time 14990 had been debited from the account. It's been more than 24 hrs now and still i haven't got any update from flipkart regarding initiation of refund. Bank says that the merchant has claimed the money but flipkart says it doesn't.
