[Resolved] Flipkart — money deducted from account but order wasn't placed and confirmed. | |||
Yesterday i ordered a mobile honor 9lite of rs 10, 999rs and made the payment via debit card bas there was no cash on delivery available but after the payment was made the order was not confirmed and there's no confirmation message from the flipkart but the amount from my bank was deducted to payu flipkart payments. Please help us im getting our money back.
While the process of payment, i entered the opt sent to my mobile number but after i entered the otp it displayed incorrect otp but i entered right one so i requested for another otp.. before the new otp i received a message from the bank saying the amount was paid to Flipkart payu. The order was not confirmed or placed.i went to my bank and asked for the last five transactions .they too told that the money was paid to Flipkart. please help me
