[Resolved] Flipkart — money deducted from my hdfc debit card but order not placed, flipkart not responding

On 16th may 2018, at 10.26 am i have ordered ipad 6th generation 128gb model.
at that time of transaction 32175 money from my hdfc debit card, plus 25 rupees from gift card balance. finally order was not placed, i called them nearly 15 times they are not responding and telling contact your bank. 6 days completed. please help me

when i check gift balance history it shows OD[protected], BUT NOT IN ORDERS HISTORY
