[Resolved] Flipkart — Money had not been refunded by flipkart | |||
i had ordered REDMI note 4g mobile on flipkart..Order ID: ( OD[protected]..but i have cancelled that order immediately..but after cmpleting 12 days also my money has not been refunded to my debit card...they said that u should provide bank statemnt...and i had send that bank statement 3 times also they are not responding about my money..they are laaging day by day...that customer support are not responding properly...pls provide me some support... thnq sir..i got a call from flipkart after meeting you...they gave an ARN number and said that you must go to bank and ask for ARN number...i went to the bank and asked about that ARN number such that they said that no transaction has been done by flipkart into my account...& when im asking about this they are saying that transaction has been intiated...but exactly no transaction has been made by flipkart ..they are making fools about customers...pls take an action immediately..
