[Resolved] Flipkart — Moto G 2nd generation defective product delivered | |||
I bought MotoG 2nd generation on 13th March, 2015 Order No. - OD[protected] . However the product delivered by WS Retail is defective. After a week the handset started to give problems. The battery drained from 80% to 30% in a matter of couple of minutes. Also while listening to music, suddenly the music stops and restarts again. WS Retails is not willing to provide a new handset, though they are giving suggestions like music problem cannot be resolved and asked me to reboot my mobile every day to resolve the battery problem. Who on earth nowadays reboots it's mobile fone on a daily basis. So clearly they are not willing to refund the defective product. Now coming to Flipkart, whom I had trusted the most and bought several things from them, one novice customer care guy - Sachin Yadav(he gave me this name, not sure it's authenticity), doesn't know anything about replacement kept me on hold for 15 mins, and when i asked him to give the fone to his superior, strangely the reply is that his superior is busy. It’s understood they are not going to heed to my problems. Now as already a friend cautioned me about Flipkart and asked me to go for Amazon instead, I am not going to go for Flipkart any more. My bad. Does anybody knows how to escalate this issues to the top executives. This may happen with anybody. Just a matter of time. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Apr 07, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer on '[protected]' and she says that the handset delivered is defective and there is no audio quality and there is frequent interruption while playing music as gets stopped for few minutes. Customer has already tried all possible T/S steps that we have offered and the problem with the phone is still not fixed.
Escalated the issue to concerned team and will close the case after the issue is resolved.
