[Resolved] Flipkart — Moto G2 is not downloading anything and it is not showing network | |||
My product id is OD[protected]. I got the delivery on 9th of April 2015. Whenever I go to any website for downloading any audio song or video song it does not download and says download failed and also it does not download the google apps. Whenever I try to install the apps in google play store it shows the error. Sometimes it does not show the mobile network. I am facing problems from last 4 days. I have contacted flip kart customer support and they always says that they will call tomorrow. Please replace Mot G2 as I am facing a lot of problems. My phone no. Is [protected]. Verified Support Apr 16, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and already our team have given the resolution with trouble shooting steps for the same and to visit the service center for the furture issue . Informed the customer same and told him to visit the service center and get back to us with the job sheet customer agreed hence closing the case.
