[Resolved] Flipkart — moto x4 | |
Got delivered a moto x4 on 12th march-18 (Order id: od[protected], and complained the very next day for replacement as it has network issues leading to call drops. Technician visits 2 days later and in-spite of seeing a very visible issue, yet tells the company that "customer is happy/issue resolved". What kind of service is this? No way was i happy, neither did he resolve anything. You guys are cheating the customers openly. I even raised a complaint regarding the same but till date no update/follow-up regarding it. I again raised a replacement request, the technician assigned calls and tells me that he will come according to his convenience. Are you serious??? It's been a week of me complaining, calling flipkart yet till now i am being forced to use this faulty handset and till now i have no updates regarding my complaints, my issue or anything at all. You guys are cheats and really have disgusting customer service. You deserve to be reported to the police for such harassment. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support May 29, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint related to delivered product is defective. We have interacted with the customer and informed that replacement has been done from seller end. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
