[Resolved] Flipkart — Motorola CT202I corded phone not working

I bought Motorola CT202I corded telephone, it stopped working, am under warranty period but no motorola service or customer care doesn't care about this am fed up by contacting them they keep redirect and all are telling they will take only mobile phones. am wondering why they gave warranty to corded phone. Flipkart please take responsibility.

having one year warranty. and flipkart told me to contact motorola
and motorola are telling they cant do any service on corded telephone.
I trust flipkart by seeing the product information and warranty details but they are cheating me.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with customer as he said that he had purchased motorola cordless phone and there were some issue in that phone so he had contacted to the service center but they said that they only repair mobiles not the cordless phones.
So informed to customer that we will escalate the issue to the relevant stake holders kindly request you to give some time.
