[Resolved] Flipkart — motorola e4 plus defective handset | |||||
Hello, I bought motorola e4 plusfone from flipkart on 10gh aug 2017 Order od[protected]. Within one month the phone started giving technical issues. I raised a complaint with flipkart on 5th sep 2017 and i was informed that by 8th sep 2017 by 5pm the issue will get resolved or i will get a replacement. On flipkart app it is showing that tech guy will visit and will check and approve replacement. Today i called up on customer care and was informed that the above update is incorrect and i will have to visit service centre. My concern is is the phone is giving problem within ond month then why customer has to run from pillar to post. Also flipkart customer service team is pathetic and they don't have proper knowlege and never understand customer problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Oct 18, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I visited service centre and got touchpad replaced. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Sep 13, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support Sep 14, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint for defective issue, we informed customer to contact the Authorized service center for further assistance. Closing the complaint from our end.
