[Resolved]  Flipkart — motorola e4 plus hanging issue is not occurring in front of technician, flipkart is denying to replace.

I have bought motorola e4 plus from flipkart. I got product on 15th of nov 2017. However the product function smoothly on day 1. After 1 day, its screen went black. After 2 days its started hanging.

I have raised a replace request for the product on 19th nv 2017. A technician visited and after some troubleshooting he told me that the issue is resolved. After 1 day i have again found same issue and then i again asked for replacement. This time technician visited and gave the the same idiotic logic that i didn't find any issue infront of me. I am closing the issue.

My question is how to re-iterate the issue infront of technician if it is occurring at any time infront of me and if i am facing issue and want replacement of product then what is the issue with flipkart to replace the same.

As per flipkart csa as per seller policy if issue is not occurring infront of technician then it could not be considered as issue and product can not be replaced.

Really a pathetic service from flipkart as after paying all money of product i got an defective product which is unable to use frequently but flipkart is denying of replacing product.

Again got call from flipkart as per their technician, they did not find any problem infront of them so they can not replce.

To resolve the issue or to find out the issue, the technician just hardrebooted the phone. What kind of toubleshotting step is this? Now they are saying if it will not reaolved during next technician visit, you need to visit service center of Motorola. So final is Flipkart is giving faulty device and to be on safe side they are doing technician visit who is doing nothing apart from har rebooting. Passing time of customer so that replacement policy duration gets over and customer start visit service center by its own.

Flipkart is really pathetic from end of customer service.
