[Resolved] Flipkart — Motorola mobile phone x play | |||||
Good morning, I have purchased one Motorola Moto X play mobile on 23rd april. After that I upgraded the software to marshmellow through wifi. Then after 40 days of working the phone got automatic shut down, so i called your customer care they told me to go to moto service centre. I went there after 9 days they returned back the phone to with software update. After recollect the phone from service centre again the same problem is coming.The phone is dead. I am very unhappy and unsatisfied by seeing what kind of product flip-kart is selling. I purchased the phone by 18499 INR. but i am unable to use it.
