Sir, i have purchased the mobile on 07.09.2014 through Flipkart.com. My mobile IMEI No. [protected] & Order ID: OD[protected]. My mobile stop working from 1st December 2014. i have taken my mobile to service centre in visakhapatnam. they are telling that they will charge Rs. 9000/- to replace the board. Verified Support Feb 27, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he claims that phone is sliped from his hand and service center is charging Rs 9000/-. Informed customer that its physical damaged and please check with the service center. Hence closing the case.
