[Resolved] Flipkart — Multiple debit from my credit card for order id - od[protected]

My hsbc credit card has been debited twice for the order id od[protected]. Following are the two transaction details from my bank,

Transaction arn : 74766517112715112713896

Date: 24th april, 2016

Amount debited:41000

Transaction arn : 74766517154721791607408

Date: 5th june, 2016

Amount debited:41000

I need the full refund of 2nd debit i. E on 5th june, 2017.

Submitted a complaint in flipkart customer support, having complaint no - in[protected]. Did not receive any response so far from them.

Please help me to get my money back. As this is a criminal and vulnerable offence.

Flipkart Customer Care's response There was a tech issue hence the refund was initiated on 7th June from there within 8 business days refund will be processed
