[Resolved]  Flipkart — My all seller listings have been deactivated without proper explanation

Hi There,

Writing on behalf of AAD Enterprises, want to highlight certain things below.
As a new seller I got permission from flipkart to sell products and after some months I have observed another sellers who have given their offers on my product without my knowledge. While discussing with SS team ( uneducated team / need to be groomed properly) they told me to provide TM certificate. And immediately they have deactivated all of my listings immediately. And told me the reason that : DUE TO OUR SYSTEM GLITCH YOUR BRAND HAS BEEN APPROVED AND WE CANT LET YOU PERMIT TO SELL WITHOUT BRAND APPROVAL AND IMMEDIATELY DEACTIVATED MY LISTINGS.

Please tell me how much talented guys are sitting behind the scene in flipkart. This is you fault. You have permitted officially to sell products and if you require TM Certificate then you have to provide me certain amount of time slot. But for flipkart the ss team are the decision makers and what ever their little mind says thats final.

Completely ridiculous. And I am selling mobile tempered glasses for which they require TM certificate. if this is like this then remove all those sellers who don't have TM and they are good sellers in flipkart. If they require I can tell them unlimited sellers are selling without any TM. The rule should be the same for all sellers. Am I right?

I am writing this to tell other sellers that be aware of those ss team members who are completed uneducated persons sitting.

I didnt find any resolution from your ss team. Rather every time got one apology mail with one ticket no.
Thats why I came here and believe me I would like to highlight this in as many sites as possible so that people can understand how much monopoly is going on flipkart.
One Team Lead has decided to block my listings and took action on that. There is no one to here on this case, means no one challenge one support guy's decision.
This is going on flipkart.
You have permitted to sell under certain category and again after some days deactivated all listings saying tm is mandatory. You have to provide certain time to provide the same. Prior intimation is needed or not.
