[Resolved]  Flipkart — My Extended Warranty Claim to FLIPKART on MARQ AC

That, I have purchased a MARQ AC from FLIPKART on 24.10.2018 with extended warranty for 2 years by JEEVES protected by FLIPKART.
My registered mobile number is [protected] And EXTENDED WARRANTY Plan ID is JPPOFFK1149591 . My Extended Warranty valid is upto 23.10.2021.
That, On 13.10.2020 I was submitted a warranty claim on MARQ AC to Flipkart protected JEEVES Authority over their Customers care number[protected]. But after several request to JEEVES Authority as wall as FLIPKART Authority but no action has been taken on the Warranty Claim.Further the Mechanics visited to my residence twice and only taken photographs of the AC and warranty documents. That, After several request to FLIPKART Authority On 29.10.2020 two Mechanic visited to my residence washed the AC and installed it at his place. However the AC was work normal for 5 days. Once again 05.11.2020 the outdoor unit of the AC was completely stopped working and found the E6 Error displayed in the indoor unit.
That, from 05.11.2020 to till date i have been requesting FLIPKART protected JEEVES Authority over their Customer care number[protected] several time daily but neither they Registering my claim nor taking any action to repair my AC till yet. They are simply replying me that my Complain is kept pending due to want of some spare parts so they will not take any new complain/ warrenty claim. They will repair my AC after receiving of required spare parts.
That, it is very clear i have been registered my Warranty Claim on 13 OCTOBER 2020. It is already passed more than one month from the date of registering my Complain with JEEVES protected by FLIPKART.
That, as per Terms and Condition of the Warranty Claim if Authority is unable to repair the AC, they will arrange to provide a New AC or process for refund to Customers.
That, On view of the above from 14.11.2020 onwards till date i have been Claiming over Telephone to FLIPKART protected JEEVES Authority Customers Care to refund for the AC as per the T&C of Extended Warranty Claim. But, Always they are replying me that they are escalating my Claim to concern department they will take action within 2 business day. But no action taken till yet to process my refund.
That, On 18.11.2020 I have Claimed to FLIPKART Authority Customers Care to take action to process my refund. They, assured me that they will be resolved my issue by 30.11.2020.( Copy Enclosed ).
That, On the above issue and repeated quarreling with the FLIPKART Protected JEEVES Authority i am suffering from HIGH BP and Heart problems for the above issue.
That, I am here claiming full refund of the product with installation Charges paid by me to FLIPKART Authority and Medical expenses accrued by me due to above un-necessary un- expected issue otherwise, i will knock the door of the appropriate Forum to redress the issue along with claiming charges accrued for the Legal experts on the above issue.
I again request to the FLIPKART Authority to take immediate action to process my refund as per their time frame on or before 30.11.2020 please.

On 23.11.2020 FLIPKART social media team always tried to ring false called for 3/4 times and when i tried to receive to the call intentionally dropped the call and provided fake mail to me that they wanted to contacted me and not reached to me it is proved that they wanted to Psychologically and mentally tortured the Customer.
On 24.11.2020 without any intimation to me they closed my issue raised on 18.10.2020 bearing issue ID[protected] with a remark " isssue resolved ".It is astonished me!!! I argued with FLIPKART Customers Service executive the reason of closing the issue, but they did not satisfied me why they have been closed the issue. It is very clear their only intention to Psychologically / mentally torture the customer.
However, after 3/4 times argument with FLIPKART Customers care Executive they have reopened my issue and resolving scheduled time extended to 05.12.2020 instead of 30.12.2020.( copy enclosed )

On 25.11.2020 without any conversation with FLIPKART Authority has Closed all the issues raise by me on 18.11.2020 onwards and stating remarks " As per our conversation your issue is resolved " ( COPY ENCOLSED )it is proved that FLIPKART Authority always wanted to tortured mentally to Customers.
After the above situation i have talked with about 10 executive and 4 senior executive of FLIPKART Authority they have not satisfied why the issue not shown to me!!! Further they are clarified that my issue is kept pending and it will resolved by 05.12.2020. They have forwarded the present issue ( issue pending unshowon to me ) to their technical team they will fixed it shortly which myself will found that my issue is kept pending with FLIPKART Authority and will resolved by 05 Dec 2020.
Now I am very unhappy with present activity of FLIPKART and i will post further update from time to time.
This is for information and help me the update in future reference in legal proceeding if any will filed in appropriate forum.

At last time about 09.20 PM ON 25.11.2020 my issue has been reopened / updated by FLIPKART Authority ( Copy enclosed )that issue will be resolved by 05 Dec 2020.
Viewer it has been done by requesting/ argueing by me with about 5 Senior Executive and more than 10 executive of FLIPKART Customers service within 8 hour in a day.
