[Resolved] Flipkart — My most recent order | |||||
Unbelievable pathetic service received from Flipkart and ekart logistics. The delivery date showed for the 28th of Jan however I did not receive the parcel. I kept contacting them to follow up and inform that I'm not available next week since I'm travelling. I was willing to pick up the parcel from the hub but they refused to share the address. To add to the harassment, they updated the delivery status as customer not available hence reattempt whereas there was no attempt made. I haven't been able to step out of home due to this non sense the entire day. Very disappointed and let down Was this information helpful? | |||||
Mar 1, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 29, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer as well as delivery executive and confirm product is delivered hence closing case.
