[Resolved] Flipkart — my order is not cancelled or deliver to me | |||
I have order samsung on 8 product from filpkart on 31.12.18. But till date my order is not shipped to me or not it cancelled by flipkart. I have continous follow up with flipkart team but till date no any action taken by flipkart team. I want my order cancellation & my money refund. My emi already start for this order. Verified Support Jan 18, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the refund of the order. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the refund amount is reflecting in customer account. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
Verified Support Jan 30, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the order placed was delayed in delivery so he wanted to cancell the order and wants refund. We have interacted with the customer and and informed that order was cancelled and refund was also completed by the seller . Also, the seller has confirmed the refund has been completed[protected]. But customer was asking for compensation so denied for the same.Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
