[Resolved] Flipkart — my order not yet received | |||||
I ordered Kent Ace Plus 8 L till today i did not received my product. i have been complaint to customer care and email sent to [protected]@flipkart.com even though no response from them. They are only saying we are tracing the product. sending emails daily basic i have all profs with me over emails I requesting for cancellation that issue also not solve by flipkart. kindly need your support Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Nov 01, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry to let you know that your order for Kent Ace Plus 8 L RO + UV + UF + TDS Water Purifier has been canceled due to unforeseen reasons. We request you to place a fresh order. However, the product will reach the seller by 08 Nov 19 and the refund will be reflected in your PhonePe account within 6 business days. Hence, closing the complaint from our end. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
