[Resolved]  Flipkart — my order status not updated to delivered even after full payment

I ordered sansui pro view 32 inch tv from flipkart on 30sep2019 delivered on 12oct2019 after lot of rufusement to home delivery by gati courier service boy. Till date 17sep2019 product status showing cancelled. Flipcart giving date on date to resolve issue. Bad response from customer care. Until product status can't show delivered, i can't install tv myself without service engineer visit. Here by inclosing photo of product delivered.
