[Resolved] Flipkart — my order was unsuccessful, but my amount was debited, not refunded even after 15 days | |||
I ordered realme 2 pro mobile on 11th april 2019, of rs.15, 125 for which the order was unsuccessful and the amount was debited from my account. I waited till 30th april 2019, even then there is no proper response from neither from flipkart nor from my axis bank. I received a mail from flipkart staring that, they didn't receive the amount and pls follow up with axis customer care and gave one transaction reference number. As axis bank people unable to tell anything, i raised a complaint to flipkart again, and i received a mail from flipkart, they are saying me to again wait till some more time to resolve my issue.
