[Resolved] Flipkart — my package cancelled by flipkart without my acknowledgement | |||||
I have ordered redmi note 5 pro gold 4gb ram from flipkart but they cancelled my order without my acknowledgement. Package order i'd is cancelled: sorry, redmi note 5 pro order id od[protected]. And now they are saying you can't get monile because it's cancelled by seller. So i contacted flipkart again and again and they are not given any king of response so please help me out with this Was this information helpful? | |||||
Nov 24, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 23, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the order was cancelled without customer consent. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order was cancelled by the seller due to some unforeseen reason. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
